FOOD ALLERGIES 

All foods supplied by the venue, are prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other food allergens are present. If you or one of

your guests has a food allergy or intolerance, it is your responsibility to let the us know at the time of the booking, and no less

than 14 days prior to the event. Our menu descriptions do not include all ingredients, but we will be happy to provide further

information on request.

Event Cancellation Terms and Conditions

 

1. General Policy

By confirming your booking for this event, you agree to the following cancellation terms and conditions. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email or letter) to the event organizer.

 

2. Participant Cancellations

.It is at the discretion of the organisers to give a refund if you the purchaser decide you cannot attend the event

.We do not offer a guarantee of a refund if the cancellation is from the purchaser.

 

3. Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you CAN NOT transfer your registration to another individual.

 

 

4. Event Cancellations by the Organiser

If the event is canceled by the organiser, participants will receive a full refund of all registration fees paid.

If the event is rescheduled, registrations will automatically transfer to the new date unless a refund is requested within 14 days of notification.

 

 

5. Force Majeure

The organiser shall not be held responsible for cancellation, postponement, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:

natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, war, terrorism, or other emergency situations.

In such cases, refunds or credits will be issued at the organiser’s discretion.

6. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 business days of approval.

 

 

7. Agreement

By registering for or attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these cancellation terms and conditions

Alcohol Service Disclaimer (UK) 

 

IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THE APEX HOTEL BATH CITY ARE A LICENSED ESTABLISHMENT AND WILL GOVERN THE SALE AND POLICE THE SALE OF ALL ALCOHOL, However the following applies in accordance with The Apex Hotels own policy:

 

1. Responsible Service of Alcohol

All alcohol will be served in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 and any relevant local authority regulations. Service will only be provided by staff who are trained in responsible alcohol service practices.

 

 

2. Age Verification

Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and acceptable forms of identification include a passport, photo-card driving licence, or PASS-accredited proof of age card.

The organiser and staff reserve the right to refuse service to any individual unable to produce valid ID.

 

 

3. Intoxication Policy

The organiser and serving staff reserve the right to refuse service to any person who appears to be intoxicated, behaves in a disorderly manner, or poses a risk to themselves or others.

Anyone who is refused service may be asked to leave the premises or event area.

 

 

4. Personal Responsibility

Guests are expected to consume alcohol responsibly. The organiser accepts no liability for any loss, injury, damage, or incident arising from excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol by attendees.

 

 

5. Transportation and Safety

Attendees are encouraged to plan safe travel arrangements and avoid driving under the influence of alcohol. The organiser accepts no responsibility for guests who choose to operate a vehicle or engage in unsafe activities after consuming alcohol.

 

 

 

6. Bringing Your Own Alcohol (BYO)

Unless explicitly permitted by the organiser, guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol to the event. Any unauthorised alcohol may be confiscated and returned at the organiser’s discretion.

 

 

7. Legal Compliance

The organiser, venue, and catering staff will comply with all applicable UK licensing laws and regulations. Any breach of these laws by guests may result in immediate removal from the event and potential legal action.

 

 

8. Acceptance of Terms

By attending the event, all guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Alcohol Service Disclaimer
