By purchasing a ticket, accepting an invitation, or attending this event, all guests agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Admission & Entry

    1.    Entry is strictly by invitation or confirmed ticket only.

    2.    Guests must present valid identification at the entrance. The minimum age for entry is [16 years old].

    3.    The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest without refund if behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or in violation of these terms.

    4.    Re-entry is not permitted unless authorized by event security or management.

2. Dress Code & Conduct

    2.    Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff, performers, and other attendees.

    2.    The Organizer reserves the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues, or force majeure).

    3.    In the event of cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be issued at the Organizer’s discretion.

4. Photography & Media

    1.    The event may be photographed and recorded for promotional or archival purposes.

    2.    By attending, guests consent to the use of their likeness, voice, and image in photos, videos, or media related to the event.

    3.    Personal photography is permitted only in designated areas. Professional cameras and recording equipment require prior approval.

5. Security & Safety

    1.    All guests are subject to bag checks and security screening upon entry.

    2.    The possession of weapons, drugs, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.

    3.    The Organizer and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

    4.    Guests must follow all safety instructions and emergency procedures provided by event staff.

6. Liability

    1.    Attendance is at the guest’s own risk. The Organizer and venue accept no liability for personal injury, illness, or loss arising during or after the event, except where required by law.

    2.    Guests assume responsibility for any damage caused to venue property or other persons due to their actions.

7. Privacy

 

All personal information collected for ticketing or event access will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [England Scotland & Wales], and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in its courts.
